Ms. Kawakami Yurika is our shop owner. She's rarely seen in the shop as she has other businesses to manage and only comes by occasionally to supervise—although there's little need for much supervision as our staff has always done satisfactory job.

Aikawa Kyōsuke is our main florist as well as the only staff in Edelweiss Flower Shop, so you'll mainly interact with him on the shop.
He has a long hair, way past his shoulder with blond highlights on the side of his face. He has fair complexion and moles below the corner of his left eye and below the right corner of his lips. He has double piercings on both ears and he also wears a hearing aid on both ears—although they're often obscured by his long hair.
He's always seen donning long sleeved clothes even in summer.
He always appears nonchalant bordering apathetic. He doesn't talk much, but when he does, he's incredibly blunt and has a rather foul mouth. He also always keeps people at an arm's length. He's often caught yawning on his job or sneaking a smoke break. But he always does his job flawlessly.That said, don't hesitate to ask for his assistance! He may not be friendly but he's got a job and he always stays professional.
